27 Candles!!

Brian turned 27 yesterday, I think he had a pretty good day. He got to hear from all of his family, open presents, and eat some yummy cake. We had some of his friends from law school over to help celebrate, we had a good time.

Spring Break in Arkansas

We had a great time on our little Spring Break Vacation! Brian and I are so blessed to have the best little girl ever, she truly is a great traveler, she doesn't complain much. She even spent 8 hours or so at a track meet! We stayed in a nice hotel and got to do some swimming, Brilee loved it! We also attended the National Indoor track meet, talk about athletes, these people were truly amazing to watch. We watched a girl run the 400m in 50.54 seconds which broke the national meet, and that time currently puts her the fastest in the world. Brilee was so friendly to everyone around asking them what their names were, what they were doing, and even asked some if she could have candy. She asked the Florida coach what he was doing, and he said scoring points, she isn't shy at all! We also went to a couple of State Parks that were really fun, they had beautiful lakes and we went on some really great hikes. We also headed back a little earlier than we had scheduled so we decided to go check out Springfield MO, which made it so we took a different route home and in doing that we were able to stop by and visit our good friends Heidi and Dan Pugmire, so glad we did! Family trips are so Fun!!

Spring Break!!!

We are so excited to have a whole week off with no school! We are headed to Fayetteville Arkansas. I know, I know everyone just says why there? Well I have done quite a bit of research on the place and there is a ton of outdoor activities to do there. Plenty of Lakes, State Parks, the Ozark National Forest. And to top it off the Razorbacks are hosting the National indoor track and field meet! So I have found my charger for our camera, and I will be taking a bunch of pictures, and then everyone will be saying, Lets go to Fayetteville Arkansas!

Valentines Date

Well I haven't been taking any pictures lately I probably should. Life is good, I am feeling lots better now the first trimester is over. Now I just wish the weather would get warm so I could take Brilee outside, it's getting pretty lame indoors. Since its snowing today and church got cancelled it doesn't look like that will be happening anytime soon.

Brian finished his brief on Friday, and that was so nice for all of us, he had to spend a lot more time at school to get that done. Since he got finished we got to celebrate valentines a week late. We got a babysitter for the day, and we headed out to Kansas City. We stopped at the Legends the shopping outlet, and I picked out some pretty cute maternity clothes, my pants are just getting to tight and uncomfortable. Then we stopped off at Cabelas where Brian got to spend his gift cards, and yes he bought another knife :) Then we went on into Kansas City and went to a really nice Brazillian Steakhouse named Fogo de Chao, it was a really neat experience most of the servers and the managers were actually from Brazil, brian liked the authentic experience, and got to use his Portuguese. It was just to be able to sit down and relax and enjoy each other without little interruptions from a little one. I didn't even worry to much about Brilee since she has been so clingy lately, and she did just fine. It was a great date!

So..........

For the last 3 months I haven't felt to good

Symptoms include:

Extreme Tiredness

Nausea

Throwing up

Increased body weight

irritable

Sad

Happy

More throwing up

Hate eating meats/vegetables

Very sensitive to smells

So I went to the doctor and he said it should all go away in about 6 months!

Yes Brian and I are pregnant with our second baby, we are so excited. The last 3 months have been rough, but knowing that a baby is the end product makes it all worth it. We aren't going to find out what sex the baby is, which hopefully will be easier to do out here because we only get one ultrasound at 20 weeks. Brian says he is going to look, and I just told him if he can't promise not to find out then I will schedule the appointment when he is at school:) My due date is around August 15, 2010, and I am so excited!!

Brilee and I went to Utah to visit friends and family on November 30th, and just got back on January 4th. Brian met up with us on December 19th. We had a great time it was fun to see everyone, and just chill!

Brilee turned two, it is totally crazy that I have a two year old. Brilee is so sweet, and smart and I love watching her grow into a little girl. Brilee was completely spoiled, she had like three birthday parties, one with Brian before we left, a small one on her birthday, and then a big one with all the family.

Well this year's Thanksgiving was a little different this year. We didn't go visit any family, we had our friends Dan and Tori come visit us from St. Louis. Although it was a short visit, we had a blast. Tori, Brian, and I made the whole dinner, wow it really does take like all day, but it was well worth it. Every bite was delicious.
