We just got back from California. We were there to watch Brian compete at regionals in the hammer and discus. It was my first major trip with baby Brilee, and it's much harder to travel with a baby. Lucky for me the flight was just over an hour, and I had my sister Kat with me to help. We went to the Santa Monica Pier and ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp, did the Hollywood thing (not impressed), watched the track meet, and played on the beach!

I love trips to Cali. Anywhere you go is fun but I get what you mean about Hollywood. You totally expect glamour and it is a total dump but still fun. Did you take the drive up to the Hollywood sign? That part of Hollywood is fun if you have the time to do it because of all the homes in the hills.
Brilee looks so darling in her little bikini. I love it!
